    On 10/22/24, I reached out to this business to inquire about their venue for my company's Christmas party. After speaking with a representative on the details of my event, I said I'd like to reserve the venue for 12/20/24. On 10/23, I received the invoice to book the venue and paid $2,505.00.On 10/24 at 2:41pm, the venue called saying that, due to an error on their end, 12/20 was not available for my event because it was already booked by another company. They offered alternate dates of 12/19 or 12/27, along with a partial refund for the inconvenience, and I told them I would need to speak with my team on the matter. On 10/29, the venue texted me and asked if my team and I decided on a date. On 10/30, I replied that those dates wouldn't work for us and we were able to find another venue that had availability for December 20th. I requested a full refund and **** said they would process it and it would take about 10 days to reflect.On 11/18, I texted the venue and told them that it's been over 10 days and I have not received the refund. Their response was: "Hi ********! I am so sorry about that. I am not sure what happened. Let me send a support ticket to our payment processor." On 11/26, I texted the venue again telling them that I still haven't received the refund, that it is unacceptable, and that they were holding up funds that was necessary for me to continue planning my event. Their response was: "Hello I'm so sorry. I take a closer look and it had been initiated. For some reason it didn't not process. They didn't give a clear answer and said they would process it again. It will be sent back as soon as I can resolve. I apologize for the inconvenience."On 12/2, with still no refund, I posted a ****** review about my disappointing experience with them and I also texted the venue asking if there was an update. Their only response was: "I just saw the review." I replied reiterating points of my review, and since then I have not received any word from them.

    We had booked FemX Quarters to host our wedding May ******* and signed our contract & paid in full March *******. We initially contacted them to let them know we would be cancelling on August ******* and per the contract since we cancelled before 180 days we would receive a full refund. We were told our request was processing and never received anything in the time frame. When I contacted again they said there was failure at the processing company and they had to put the request in again. Since then we have not heard anything back whatsoever and have tried to contact them multiple times on different platforms.

    FEMX Quarters posted on ******** asking if vendors would like to be added to their preferred vendor list. I responded that I was interested and the company emailed me directly and said there was a $300 fee. I paid the fee in Nov. 2023 and have not had any responses to my emails since then. I emailed them in Dec. 2023 inquiring as to when referrals would begin (looking to see if it would start in Jan 2024) I received no response and emailed them in Feb ***************************************************************************** any of their clients.

    FEMX  offered vendors the opportunity to be a preferred vendor for a one time yearly fee of $300. The purpose of joining is to be referred when a client books the venue. Each time one of our clients book us we send them an email With our preferred vendors so they can see what vendors are available. If and only if they choose to reach out to a specific vendor they will reach out to that vendor directly and inquire about their services. FEMX Quarters in no way guarantees or promises that a vendor will be hired for their service by one of our clients because our clients have the liberty to choose another vendor from that list. This vendor is not entitled to a refund and therefore this request is not honored.

    Date of transaction, August 28, 2023 ******** I rented the hall for June 1, **** for six hours On October 8, 2023 I sent an *** a text message and email requesting a cancellation and a full refund. He sent me a text back and said I should be receiving it within 10 days. I have tried communicating with him and he takes 2 to 3 weeks to respond per each text. On the very bottom of this the contract it states if I cancel within 180 days of the event I get a full refund.Invoice number is 000-0986 company ID number is *********
