    Date of transaction: 07/14/2024 This orders contains a shredder, shredder bags, and shredder oil. My credit card was charged, but I have yet to receive the products I ordered. I called on 07/18/2024 to check the status on my order due to me not receiving any order updates. I was told that someone tried calling and emailing me, but they could not reach me. I spoke to an individual name ***********************. He stated that they just needed to verify my shipping address. I confirmed my address and he stated that he will get it processed for shipping. The original order confirmation states that I would be notified when the order has been sent. I called on 07/22/2024, and was told by **** that my order would ship today or tomorrow. I asked him about my order being processed for shipping on last Thursday and he then stated that it will ship on today. Still nothing. My husband contacted **** on 07/23/3024 and **** told him that my order has been shipped and he will send the tracking info to my email in about ***** minutes. My husband called back after an hour because I still have not received any updates or tracking information. When my husband called, **** was not available to talk. At this point, this business has taken my money with zero intentions on sending the products I ordered and paid for and all I have gotten from this company is a complete run around. This is highly unethical for a business to take money without delivering merchandise that was purchased.

    On July 30, 2023, I placed order number **** with Clary Business Machines for $171.86 at www.hsm-shredder.com. The order was for an HSM Shredstar X6 Pro Micro Cut Shredder. The companys web site stated then and continues to state, Clary Business Machines is the official reseller partner of HSM Shredders in *****************. With the production sites in *******, HSM is genuinely "Made in *******." When I received the shredder, it was clearly marked, Made in China. After considerable haggling, I obtained an RMA from the company and returned the shredder unopened. The company also insisted that I would owe a restocking fee, but this clearly is unreasonable and unethical as the product that was delivered was not what was advertised on the web site-- a clear case of false advertising that has not been corrected even after I complained. To date, I have received a credit for only $101.90, which is minus about double the advertised restocking fee. I am looking for a full refund of $171.86 without any restocking fees and the immediate removal of the false claim of "Made in *******" from the web site.
