I first signed up for this service on Sept 6. This business provides services to connect customers with coaches and schedule then charge per ****** that happened. This service continues to charge me after my last ****** on Oct 8, even when no further ******s have been scheduled and they deceptively dont do any notification to any of my communication channels *** email when the charges happened. I was charged 3 times for 12 ******s (amounting to $396 x 3 = $1198) when none of that have ever happened, and only found out because I checked my bank bill. As a business premised on making ******s happen between coach and student, Teach Me automatically renew to eternity even when no ******s were scheduled by me or the coach, nor have they happened. The cancel subscription button on the app is fake and I need to wait for customer support to manually do it after a while. After the subscription cancelation, more fake ******s are automatically scheduled again with no notifications, and I needed to cancel them one by one in the clunky app that crashes after each cancelation. Customer support offers no help.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I purchased a set of 4 classes advertised as a bundle on the company's website. I was not aware that this purchase also enrolled me in a monthly subscription. There was no clear communication about this ongoing charge, and I did not receive any email notification regarding the recurring billing. Additionally, the company's website and app lack any section or feature where users can view their profile or billing information, making it impossible to review or manage upcoming charges. I believe this business is not operating ethically or transparently in their practices, as customers are not given clear information or control over their subscriptions.
