    Hello, I made two orders thru shop pay for a site called gauge worldwide. This shop charged me $258 on November 4/2024 for 2 items Order #**** ( Harley ********* **** Pants) and then $262 on December 4th for 3 items Order #**** ( Le France, WW Sweats Grey, ************** Grey) I attempted to contact shop pay and the dont have any customer service or support available on app whatsoever. Attempted to make a complaint and they disable the keyboard so you wont be able to fill out the complaint on their app. Its very troublesome what is being done. I am pretty upset as Ive sure them many times and now Im very concerned for my data and overall financial security on this app. I never received a single one of these items and I would like a full refund or the items I ordered. They truly need to rethink some of their vendors because theyre taking away their credibility as a business. This isnt how business should be done. I expect either my items or a refund for $520 dollars to make up the money that was charged and paid out of my account. (I added a picture of me trying to file a complaint on app and Im pressing on the keyboard and nothing is being typed.)

    Hello,Today I went into Shop Pay to delete my account. I followed their steps. Sign-in, their passkey pops up, they automatically send the passkey, you put it in and you move on. When doing this to delete my account the passkey never came up. It always says its sent to your email, but it also always comes up on your screen. No email has been sent. Went in to get a passkey my claiming to purchase a vegan bag and amazingly a passkey came up instantly. There is no way to actually contact them, either. Please help!!Best,*** *****

    Cant get rid of the app cant get a hold of anybody to help me keeps interfering with my online purchases. Refuses to leave me alone. Refuses to get off of my pay options. No way to cancel it. No way to delete it. No way to get rid of it no way to get a hold of anybody to do it

    I bought merchandise through ***** using shop pay. I didnt receive part of my order so I refused to pay the last installment ($60 of a $240 order). I filed a dispute with ****** (the platform Shop Pay uses) and they denied it after contacting *****. Shop Pay are threatening to send me to collections because I didnt pay for an item that I never even received.

    I purchased air purifiers through lab charge and we use shop pay to make the payments.. ******* already took out a payment for $***** and shop pay already took out a charge for $78. For the single air purifier...we returned on the 25th.of July... We returned the 4 air purifiers on the 22nd with a return label from lab charge for the four air purifiers.. And we return the single air purifier on the 25th of July and they already taken a charge off for $78 for that. I want my money returned I want to put back on my credit cards The 78 was taken out on my discover card.. And I want the ***** returned to my master card shop way.. Even though I returned all of the air purifiers they are still saying that shop pay is going to take another charge out on August 2nd I do not want any more charges taken off and I want my money refunded All merchandise has been returned and perfect condition.thank you

    I contacted them for refund because my order was not received and they could not help me and then they reported me to credit bureaus when I stop payment on my card

    No idea what this compliant is for or towards. We do not service individuals and this is posted on the wrong page. 

     

    If this person would like to provide the merchant account in question, the auto dealership name which they represent then we can help and validate any claim.

     

    This does not look like a customer of ours.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
