    Wanted payment through a text message. I didnt feel safe doing it that way. I tried their online chat, but waited forever so decided to phone them. I was on hold for over an hour before hanging up. My Dr sent rx to them but seems impossible to actually get.

    I began an online order for a prescription my doctor sent to ImprimisRx and immediately the customer help box appeared. The chat assistance facilitated my order and it was a smooth process. My order was complicated by a "technical difficulty" when I tried to place the order by phone yesterday. I feared that would confuse my order or cause me to ask the doctor to resend the prescription. Fortunately my order information was still in the system and I will receive my prescription shortly. I appreciate the assistance I received.

    I had a very nice chat with **** online, who helped locate a prescription for eye drops, for my upcoming cataract surgery. He took care of everything. Eyedrops are on the way in 3-5 business days. Totally satisfied with the service he provided,

    Please dont use this company. For brevity, I have good reason to believe they are unethical and dishonest. Based on this, I would be very concerned about the quality of their medications.
