      One star at the moment. I ordered a large order for 7 of these towels for an upcoming trip. I received only 1 towel. I assumed they shipped separately because I bought an additional mystery XL towel after placing my order (it was a pop up thing for a discounted price after I ordered). I reached out to customer service who are requesting I send photos of the packaging that the single towel came in which I obviously don't have because who on earth keeps the packaging their purchases come in after they've opened it?! Ridiculous. I've provided my order number and photos of the produce I did receive. I'll file a claim soon with my credit card company but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they would make this right.

      Hi There,Order#******* originally had 8 towels, however cx only received 1. As per the customer's request, this problem was resolved by placing replacement order #******* for the six missing towels. On May 5, the package was delivered to cx.

      These towels are very pretty and soft and I wish I could leave a better review but unfortunately I purchased a tye die towel that was bleeding ink and damaged my bathing suit and also damaged another sand cloud towel upon contact with water. My complaint to customer service was ignored and I never heard back from customer service about this issue.
