    No communication, no phone number.Took a long time to get our order and 1 item was missing with no notification of a plan or time line.I'd stay away

    My high school basketball uniform experience was not a good one. ***** (owner) demanded prepayment before scheduling the uniform work. Went dark after payment for two weeks while her voicemail was full and not accepting messages. Would not answer her email inquiries. Then she delivered the product late and was not very pleasant. She acted as if our high school was lucky to have her do the work. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Sherman Promotions or *****. Very disappointing!

    I received the blank uniforms on 11/25. I sent multiple emails to him to ************ and jerseys numbers with the size they should print on. He sent a logo then changed his mind. He sent a list of jersey numbers, but no sizes. He then sent a list of numbers with sizes but miscounted the numbers. He also received an email stating turnaround time is 7 business days from the time I have all printing information and payment. Prepayment for custom work is an industry standard. It was 2:21 on 12/6 that I had a completed order placed. He then demanded the uniforms be printed in the same day. Instead of just giving me the information I needed to print his order he wasted 2 weeks and then resorted to bullying tactics and threats to try to get his order pushed ahead of others. His order was delivered in 2 days from the time it was placed which is several days earlier than promised.

    Once again, she's not owning her mistakes nor her poor customer service. Her reply is pretty indicative of how you can expect her to do business with you. Take your money up front, go dark on you until she gets around to performing her work past your agreed upon delivery date, and then lie about what happened after you're unhappy. Buyer beware!

    This company is awful myself and several other parents have had so many problems getting apparel we have paid for let alone an email from the owner *****. I hope Our school no longer does business with this company due to the bad service we have received! One star is even too much.
