Thank you for the feedback on our community mobile app. I would like to apologize for the difficulty with many of the features of that application in particular the points system and community listing.
Mind Movies is in a tough spot with this particular mobile app. We build all our products and their related mobile apps in house but we partnered with a company called ******* about 7 years ago to build out this community app, it is a template driven app that they hoped to market widely to small businesses.
Our original intention was to partner with ******* for a launch of this app builder by 2020. Which clearly came and went without any such launch. The issue was ******* struggled to build a reliable platform, re-hiring entire teams twice over their developmental time and also partnered with tech firm ******* (giving us very high hopes for a fix with their insight added to the mix) which lasted all the way until January of this year when ******* announced they were insolvent and ceased operations.
Presently we don't employ the team needed to create the app newly for our needs and we do not have the source code to modify the SkyLabs one either. Additionally we have no ability to request development or troubleshoot issues as Skylabs has ended. We are deciding what direction to go with this app, I do hope we create our own with similar features and community building but we are stuck deciding if we sunset the present one before we have another available.
I am going to contact a former developer I know from one of the ******* teams to see what can be done.

In early 2024, I purchased three personal development products from Mind Movies, LLC., with separate apps. Of the three products, the Mind Movies app is the one that has a bug or software glitch in the app. That bug or glitch had affected my current progress displayed on the apps leaderboard. I had noticed the apps mistake 10 days ago. I had waited to see if my position on their leaderboard was going to get corrected within the company. Unfortunately, the company didn't notice it. So, I sent about three separate emails to let the support department aware of my situation and to please give me a call. No one gave me a call and the situation never got corrected. So, I had no choice but to file a consumer complaint with the BBB organization.As of now, I have read a reply email from the company's C.O.O. I cannot accept his excuse of a third-party situation. This will mean that I will have to start all over again and lose what I have accomplished almost a year and a half ago. Mind Movies, LLC., has to do better than what is depicted in the companys reply email to me.Finally, my goal was to become a better version of myself and become their number one student. We continue to try to get any developer formerly of ******* or presently of Sirquil to assist but so far have not heard back form anyone. To be 100% clear though, we are using a service that we do not have control of the code, the saved data, the database or even the presence of the app on any app store (which I'm going to have to figure out if all else fails).
Our goal of this app was certainly the same as yours, to create a Mind Movies community where everyone can work together to set and accomplish their goals. To that end we are failing and cannot effect any fix. At this moment it is very much looking like we will have to cease support for the app and remove the app from all app stores.
I have reached out to even more former developers today in hopes of any possible solution. I am sorry that I don't have better news on this.

I am reporting Mind Movies at *************************************** for Unethical Sales Practices online by using Psychological Manipulation for Law Of Attraction products which most cannot benefit people from.I bought five Mind Movies packages, tried them and none of them worked for me. I asked for a Full Refund, that they Delete my Account, unsubscribe me from all email lists, and Delete All of my personal information from their ***************** including paper files, computer files and backups. And to have All of their Partners, Affiliates, etc., Delete All of my personal information from their **************** in the same way. I also demanded that NONE of them Sell my personal information.I was given a Full Refund right away, but then each time I asked for the rest, I was ignored. I had to open a new ticket each time. There is a Support phone number, but no one ever answered.Their last email response (4 of my emails ago) said: We have already unsubscribed your email address from our mailing list. To which I replied: That does not remove all my personal information from your complete system! If you still have it, you can continue to share it with your partners and affiliates and sell it to whomever you want.Their last email response also said: Regarding the affiliate company emails, you need to contact them to unsubscribe as we do not have any access to their ********** which I replied: They got my data Mind Movies, who either shared it with or sold it to them, but now you say you have no control over them. That is UNACCEPTABLE!!! If I unsubscribe, they still have all of my data and they can share it with their partners, affiliates and sell it to others. This means you should contact ALL of them and make them remove ALL of my personal information from their complete systems. If you sold it, then give them their money back and make them delete ALL of it. The Burden is on Mind Movies to handle the security issues they forced for me!!!Business Response

Mr. **** ******** (CEO I think) of Mind Movies called me to discuss my complaint. It took him this long to call me because he just heard of it 2 days ago, he said. We had a nice conversation and talked for about 30 minutes. He had questions and I went into detail. He assured me that all of my data would be removed, but said he could do nothing about what partners and affiliates do because my dealings with them were independent of Mind Movies. I told him about issues with particular partners/affiliates and guided him to a webpage I had issues with. He acknowledged that websites' issues and said he would work those linked partners/affiliates to have them either fix the issues or he would remove their association(s) and their place(s) in that link. He offered me any Mind Movies products I might be interested in for free, but I told him, thanks, but they don't work for me. In wrapping up, he gave me his email address for anything else I may be interested in or want to tell him in the future, and I have his cell number on my phone. I told him to be sure to come back here and reply to my complaint, and he did. I told him I would validate his response, but I also wanted to say how interested, concerned and helpful he was.***** ****
