    Paid but never received my product. Their courier said it was delivered, but left at the side of the road to my neighborhood. Their customer service will not refund my money. Will stay away from this company Buyer beware!

    Falsely advertised. Product not of the quality or benefit described. Hassle-free returns is not true. Company emails buyers with sales pitch but no service or follow through.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! As soon as I got my order I was disgusted by how cheap they look and feel. Styrofoam cups would be more comfortable. How convenient that they don't have a number to call for customer service, just an email. When I contacted the support email I got a default message. Then when an actual person emailed me back, they did everything but tell me how to send back. Their "no hassle 30 day return policy" is giving you the runaround until the 30 days is up. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

    For anyone currently looking, Cloud Slides are an awful product and awful company. I wear 6.5 in womens, sized up to 7 as I know sandals can be short. These were giving me blisters on each side of my foot (width) within a day. I do not and have not ever worn a "wide" shoe. My husband experienced similar issues. When I asked the company about returns (their website says 30 day NO HASSLE returns guaranteed) they said "We suggest you keep these pairs and gift them to someone to avoid paying for the return". So much for hassle free huh. Guess that's what you get when you order direct from *****. ****** learned. These are going straight into the trash bin. Wish I'd read all these reviews before I'd ordered! Seems to be their regular scam.

    Zero would be the preferred rating. This product is not as advertised, and to return it, I have to return to, paying the shipping myself. I said I would pay to return it to the address they were sent from, but they repeatedly refused. To copy another reviewer: "I usually do research on stores I've never purchase from so I'm extremely disappointed in myself for not verifying before purchasing from them."My only recourse is to warn others from dealing with this company. After submitting a claim, I mysteriously received emails from 132 companies asking me to confirm my subscription. Coincidence? I think not. They have outright sold my information.

    So this business refuses to respond to my emails, this company never answered my phone calls always sending emails like the so loyal, its been 2 months still know product,nor refund , finally today September 10th someone answered my text but nothing has been done ,yet they said they will fix the problem 100%not trueI was charged but never received my order this company is not real,this is a scam

    Slides did not fit as advertised. Reached out to find a way to exchange for a size that fit me. Was told that the customer pays for shipping and the best choice of action would be to buy another pair with a 50% discount and then give the pair that didnt fit to a family member or friend.So in order to get an exchange or receive a refund, I have to either pay more money to ship back the product OR spending more money to buy another pair.Customer service does not respond after two back and forth responses. No update as to when or if my problem, caused by the companys inaccurate sizing, will get solved.Please think twice before giving your money to a company that is unorganized, promoting sizes that are not true, and does not care about their customers that are keeping them in business.

    Please do NOT order from this company. You will think like I did that you are ordering from a merchant in the ** versus the other site that appears to be ran by someone in *****. Your account will be charged and you will not receive your order. Do not even waste time reaching out to the gmail. Its all SCAM! I ordered on 7/21/24, acct charged same day and still no word on my 3 pairs of slides! I ordered originally from the merchant in *****, which I didnt know at the time, and at least I received my slides although not the best quality because I could have just ordered from Amazon. Please avoid this place at all cost, at this point no merchant can be trusted.
