After the first class I wanted to withdraw my daughter as the class was not engaging at all. My daughter even has pics of kids sleeping in the class, yet the course director is unwilling to give me refund saying that it's their summer camp policy to not refund any money after first day of class. Mind you this is a brand new center that has opened in Mountain view so how can someone try this camp without attending the first class? This is a scam. After repeated requests they kept forcing me to switch to another class which is equally bad. I want my refund and they should be prohibited from running such scammy practices.
