My name is ********************* (veteran) my podiatrist is from the Veteran Administration. She sent prescription on 5/2024 for my custom made foot prosthetics. They arrived extremely large. I called ******xxxx spoke with ***** explained the issue. Called back on 6/2 got ******** not the friendliest but transferred me to ****** now he argued with me stating that my doctor didn't send a precise prescription.Nothing was resolved. I sent an email to my doctor and got to see her on 6/11 for ****************** doctor sent another repair request. Called again on 6/19 spoke with *****, once again nothing was resolved. Called back again on 6/28 * once again ***** said nothing received by VA. I pleaded him to follow up with VA, but he said he'd already done so * was done with me. Turns out prescription had been sitting in ******** found it after I'd called 3 times. That suffices that he'd never followed up with VA to begin with. Called back again on 7/8 * got ********, she was extremely far or on speaker phone * could not understand her * when I asked her to please take me off speaker phone, she proceeded to raise her voice "we have already told you that we don't have anything from VA since May !" * continued to talk over **** requested she'd listen to me * stop interrupting me! Explained to her that ***** had told me a week prior that the fax was received on 6/28 * therefore the information she was giving me was wrong. I simply wanted to follow up status of shipment because I'm in a lot of foot pain. She refused to transfer me to Oscar * would ask him to call back. As always * expected, I never did get call back.******** and ***** acted as if I was bothering them, that's no way to treat any patient that is trying to follow up.Those representatives are rude, snippy, don't return calls, very disorganized. * plain sour. Received replacement 2 months later * are still wrong and not what the doctor prescribed. Just an absolute horrible veteran customer service experience.
