    The date of issue occurred on 8/5/2024 We paid $200 to park at the lot for 9 nights. When we arrived on 7/27/24 they were full despite having an already paid for reservation. They told us they would have to park our truck and we would need to leave the keys with them. Before they parked it the attendant wanted to make sure the truck fit under the clearance sign to make sure our truck would clear. It barely made it under the clearance sign so the attendant at that time told us they would keep it on the bottom floor to avoid having to worry about it. when we arrived on August 5th to get our truck, it was parked on the top level. It had extensive damage to the rack that we have installed on the bed of our truck. It was bent completely back as if driven recklessly and hit the cement pillar. The attendant began to argue with us when we pointed it out, and we just proceeded to ask for claim department phone number. We called the claim department to file a claim and were told we would get an email within 48 hours . It has been two weeks with numerous attempts to get ahold of them and no attempts from them to try to resolve the issue. We have yet to receive a call or email back.

    We paid for valet service at this business to have our car parked and retrieved for us, while parked, it was advertised and should be parked in a covered space. When we had our car retrieved, we were given our car key and told to retrieve our own car. We have no idea where our car was parked because it was initially valet for us. When we finally did ens up finding our car, it was on the top level and not covered. This business lies and does not deliver what it advertised

    I made a prepaid reservation for parking. However, when I come to the parking structure, I was told it was full and they did not provide me with parking and no refund from Laurel Parking, just made me leave. I also noticed other cars after my car were able to be parked.
