    Was supposed to mend all seams to prevent grass growth coming through driveway. Also apply rubber crack sealant and apply taconite pavement seal coating to entire pavement. Was done 5/27/21. Did not use driveway for 3 days. In August 2021 the seal coating was coming up onto my tires exposing the driveway leaving holes where it was supposed to be sealed. I text him pictures and talked to him. He always had an excuse why he couldn't come back. Was not getting back to me until I called him on 9/20. He sent a worker (not him) to fill in the holes. It was good until the summer came in 2022. Not only did the seal coating stick to my tires in several places but the soft material he used in different areas in the summer becomes soft and stuck to my shoes. Many cracks that were supposed to be sealed started growing weeds in several different areas he was supposed to fix. I sent him pictures. I text him several times with pictures. He text he would look at it. I never heard from him. I again sent pictures in different areas where it was coming up on my tires and the soft areas sticking to my shoes still I sent him pictures of the weeds growing where cracks were supposed to be filled in. Never heard from him. I tried calling him. He didn't answer and it wouldn't let me leave a answer. All summer went by and now it's September and he will not contact me to fix. I am now requesting a refund. He has a 4 year guarantee but every year I have to call him with the same problem. Seems every year for the 4 years I'll have to have him correct this. It was never done properly. He ignores my texts. I can't leave a voice mail. I want my money back. This was never done correctly to begin with.
