    I just called this place to order herbs for my sick dog, the man who answered the phone was so annoyed that I called, horribly rude. Will not be ordering anything from this company!

    Disappointed, & feel betrayed. My dog Is my best friend not replaceable. After several months of cough syrup trachea collapse & powders for TC & spinal problems causing knuckling & lung/cough issues. No difference overall health condition.the flux of good & bad days made it hard to tell if their formulas were working.Months later was clear no they were not. When i called The fellow there just tried to sell more so i thought about it. spent thousands on *********** ect no progress. Decided to try another dif co w/ great reviews Nzymes, I started getting results for 1st time in few yrs of searching . Called to get some compensation from Pawhealer,even 1 bottle of CBD a universal treatment now , but met w/ hard no.reason: Too much time passed. I get the rules but it didnt work I payed for several treatments that didnt help my dog at sll. & i kept at it as they suggested? I should have stopped at 30 days for full refund. My bad. I wanted them to help? Real organic foods balanced ************* products are finally helping. Shame on Paw stealer

    This Customer originally made a purchase on 10/29/22. We have received no emails, no phone calls, no chats from this Customer since their purchase 8 months ago. Then out of the blue they call and demand that we send them a CBD Oil for free as they didn't like their original purchase and it's results. Our Policy as found on our Home Page is: 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Here Are the Rules:We accept Returns on all items within 30 days from Date of Delivery We will refund the entire purchase price of the order (minus shipping)There are no hidden fees or restocking fees We can only issue refunds for the items returned, you must send back all empty, open and sealed items*.A single product can only be returned once per person, per household. Their 8 months old request is clearly outide of the 30 day window - we will go as far as 60 days - but 8 months is not a reasonable expectation for any business to abide to.
