      I came in for jewelry but I wasnt sure which size I needed so I was told to have ***** evaluate. I told them if they let me look I could figure it out but they insisted I needed to go to the back.I walked in the back with ***** and she was so rude off the bat and made me super uncomfortable with her snappy responses and patronizing tone. I was just nervous, not stupid, but she made me feel like a child being reprimanded for not knowing what I needed.She told me next time I needed to let the staff change my jewelry, but if she had listened to me, she wouldve known that I have had my piercing for 4 years so I dont feel the need to have someone do what I can comfortably do and have been doing for years.I felt so uncomfortable I finally said I dont really care what I get, Ill get whatever you say I just need something to replace this temporary jewelry I have in and she proceeded to say well if you had let me finish then continued to patronize me and educate me about how I need to care about the gauge (I do care, I just wanted her to stop talking to me like I was 5 years old).I was happy with the price and front staff, but wont be back and told my friends to go somewhere else if theyre considering going here. Not worth the attitude and discomfort. After checking ****** reviews and yelp reviews, I can see its a pattern of behavior from her. Sad.

      This place has definitely turned me off from coming here ever! First time I come in, the receptionist behind the jewelry counter already seemed condescending and rude. I asked if they take walk-ins and she said No (which is fine) but the tone in her voice was so indifferent, she sounded annoyed that I even asked the question (like how dare I). So I made an appointment for Saturday: 12:20-12:50pm. I Got to the location early (thinking I had time to kill) and got coffee. I arrived there at 12:45pm and the Same Girl saids that I am late and I have to reschedule. Same rude (I felt like I was not welcomed at all) attitude. I asked the same woman if there's anyway they can take my daughter in, and she gives me a flat No! So,I ask if there's anyway I can get my $20.00 refunded and she tells me to email the manager. I reschedule and payed the another $20.00. When I told her that I had to reschedule and how I had to pay another $20.00, She said that she could have done it for me so I didn't have to pay the $20.00. I don't understand why she didn't mention that in the first place. She was rude and said I had to reschedule online. Either way, the attitude of this woman just completely turned me off from giving my business to them. So, I decided to cancel my 2nd appointment to them for my daughter ear piercings. If she was nice from the start in her mannerisms, Im sure it would have been different.
