    Ordered sofa snd chair slip covers- when received they had plenary of give , I almost thought too big. After a year or so I decided to wash per the instructions cold water air dry. The slip covers shrank considerably but were usable. I reached out and customer service said I either measured wrong or washed wrong. Well 6 months later I wash again and I cannot even fit the covers on my furniture. The fabric is supposed to shrink less than 1%. Will never use snd would not recommend.

    ******************** contacted us on Dec. 17, 2022, to tell us that the slipcover that she received in Oct. 2021 had shrunk in the wash. We promptly responded 2 days later telling her that our restoration service might be able to restore her covers. She responded that she expected us to offer a refund. We are sorry to hear about the damage to Ms. ********* slipcovers but it is not our policy to make refunds for damage that occurred after the customers received it over a year and a half ago.
