    I had a fantastic experience with Plumbing 101! One of our sinks was clogged, and from the moment I called in the morning, ****** the owner was professional, prompt, and friendly. He stopped by shortly after, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it fixed in just 15 ********** my surprise, he didnt even charge me seriously, who does that these days? Its rare to find a company thats this honest and genuinely cares. Everything he said on the phone, he followed through on without any pressure or upselling. He kept his word and truly just wanted to help.That kind of integrity is hard to come by.If youre looking for fast, honest, no-BS plumbing help call them. You wont regret it.

    Plumbing 101 was recommended by 3 friends in the ***********/****** area. I was able to book an appointment for a non-emergency replacement of a bathroom sink trap within a few days. The work was performed quickly and expertly. Even better, instead of using the brass specialty bottle sink trap that I purchased for $170, ****** was able to install a standard trap, allowing me to return the specialty part and saving me a significant amount of money. Top quality work, follow-up to ensure satisfaction, and fair prices. I would recommend.********

    I was referred by a friend who was happy with ******'s work. When my water heater died I called Plumbing 101 and ****** was able to schedule the work as soon as I was able to pickup a hot water heater. The install price was very reasonable and they offered pickup of the new heater and disposal of the old one, if needed. ******* came out and installed the hot water heater quickly and professionally. He discovered a defect in the control panel and with ******'s help I was able to get the unit replaced right away. ******* came back out the same day so I would have hot water by evening. ****** made sure I knew when ******* would arrive and he checked on the ************ several times to make sure everything was going well also. Everything was cleaned and finished professionally before he left. He even made sure I understood how to flush the tank for yearly service. Much appreciated! Pricing was very fair. I was very impressed with the work and would not hesitate to hire and to recommend Plumbing 101 again! Thank you Gentlemen!
