    bought 2 pool cleaners from them. One the plug in prong broke and they both get stuck on the bottom of the pool. Both junk. do not buy

    I bought a pool pump and installed it in early June 2024 and its already broken and its August 2024 and they will not return my calls or emails. I got ripped off!!

    Does not shut off, battery only last 5 to 8 minutes and does not complete at least three or four times around the pool. On off switch seems to be non-functional.Bought it on Amazon, an 30 day Return has expired, however, I did fill out warranty card to light a pool. Tried calling phone number that was left, and naturally nobody answers except for an acting machine and voicemail is full.

    I purchased a vidapool vacuum in April which I didnt open to use til end of may used once didnt work well for me . I complaint is I tried to used it at my daughters pool to see if it didnt work well because maybe mine wasnt as level as needed to be. It wont turn back on and I cant seem to find any contact info. Purchased thru Amazon and the return policy of 30 days past before I even opened.
