    I had a great experience purchasing silver eagles here. Their customer service answered a few questions I had with professionalism very expeditiously. Their ethics really shine, and this is reflected in their prices. I'll be a repeat buyer for my next purchase.

    Not sure what to think. I had one small transaction completed in late 2024; everything went well including a long convo with CEO **** **** but who is the only person I've ever had contact with. I sent product to a CO address and received a paper check (by request) a week later. That said, I am now attempting to complete a much larger transaction and have received no response from the company all day despite several attempts. So at a bare minimum communications with the company are poor. There's no good reason why a customer needs to wait overnight for an answer to a simple question. Prices offered are unusually competitive, I've even say industry leading. But the weak link is their utterly confusing product offerings and cumbersome website. It's also surprising (or suspicious) that obvious errors are not corrected despite my giving them a heads up months ago. As I said at the beginning I'm not sure what to think. I'll follow up when I know more.
