      Hi, my name is ***** ******* and Ive been with first access company for eight years and one month and I called in one day to change my telephone number and they ask me a simple question about a charge or my account and I couldnt answer the question because the charge was a while back then they put a restriction on my account and they told me they needed needed a documents and I submitted the documents. I called in several times they said they had the documents at first then I called back again. They said they havent received it and it was the right fax number. I am so upset with this company. So anybody that get this card, please be careful in the beginning. They were so wonderful but please do not know the charge you have on your credit card because they will put a restriction on it. Just be careful.

      Yes they helped me build my credit back up 8 years ago by offering my first card after getting through bankruptcy; but they think they've got you ow & can do what they want, such as randomly & strangely a payment being refused, it's considered returned & gives them excuse to slap on $30 "return fee". I've asked to up my credit limit and they pretty much brush that off and that was once 4 years ago, when I called them out on what they did they never denied it and all they kept saying was they apologize; they never tried to explain why and when I told them that they were dumb because it's $120 you scammed somebody out of and think that we're not going to go back and tell and that enough bad reviews when they do whatever here and there to others, will earn them their bad reputation & lose business or prevent it. They're not very smart and should probably be sued & be ordered to pay the people that they've stuck and it permanently & publicly go on their record. I owe $410 & card is closed & payment due by 5/9/25 ; if they try to slap on fines after reading this, it's public & I'll take legal action. DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY, THEYRE NOT EVEN BBB APPROVED!

      This credit card company is a scam! They take advantage of their consumers and when you request an increase and provide them with proof of income that leaves you with a disposable income of more than $6000 a month and they wont approve it because its a joint income tax and not my own because I dont have a personal only a joint And they refuse to acknowledge my submission or budge. My credit limit past $400 I spoke with managers and they said I have to provide a solo personal income tax and I said I cannot do that because we filed jointly and they said they cant do anything about that. Thats not their problem. I get the runaround every time I try to call them for anything youre constantly questioning charges not to mention the interest rate is ****** consumers. I hope First Access reads this so they know what a worthless *********** they are not to mention they make it **** near impossible to try to close your account which Im still trying to do. I have never been treated so badly on a consumer account that I have been regular on for years. I wish I could give zero stars.

      I reject this response and will not be contact First Access customer service for what will be the sixth time regarding this issue. First Access takes advantage of consumers trying to do the right thing and they should take ownership for their irresponsible behavior. BBB of Inland ******************* WILL be notified along with my attorney.

      I like to file a complaint against this merchant .Very bad reputation they have charged me
      95 plus 260 for one time using their card for 85.00 and now they want me to pay 160.00 more for this month. What a rip off

      I apply for this credit card they asked me to pay 90 per year membership .I did in full They kept asking me to pay it again .?I called the company I was told oh it did not show at that time but it will show !! I USED THIS CARD ONE FOR 85.00 I WAS CHARGED 260.00
      I PAID IT IN FULL CAUSE I COUNT GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS AND TALK WITH SOMEONE TO CKEAR MY PROBLEM WITH THEM?NOW THEY ARE SENDING NE MESSAGES THAT I OWE THEM 160.00 AND I HAVE NOT USED THE CARD.WHY CAN COMPANIES LIKE THAT BE STOPPED AND NOT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE

      i went to use the card for a purchase, and the company ran the card THREE times and it didnt go through. i called the customer service number and they first said try the card again. OR USE A DIFFERNT CARD!!!! WHATTTT.... I ADVISED I WANT TO USE THE CARD WITH FIRST ACCESS, HE REASSURED ME MY CARD WAS FINE AND TO TRY AGAIN... THEY TRIED THE CARD TWO MORE TIMES, AND IT DIDNT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY 95 PROCESSING BACK!!!!

      My card expired so I cut it up and tossed it expecting a new one to come in. Never got the new card. I got a new phone and have to reset my password to get into my account, but can't reset the password unless I know my account number. I call & the 1st female agent tells me that # is for the website ONLY & she would need to give me the actual customer service # to get a new card, placed on hold, and disconnected on. I call back & get a male agent who tells me I can't get a new card without first making a payment, thus not be able to reset my PW. I ask to speak to a supervisor who tells me she can actually reset it (different from the previous 2 agents who said they couldn't do anything), but she can't reset it because even though they asked and I verified my full name, DOB, full SSN, address, & phone number as well as the last amount paid, but I couldn't remember the date it was paid on & I can't log into the website to see the date and I deleted the payment confirmation email, so she couldn't do anything either unless I made a payment today which I advised I didn't get paid for another 2 weeks. I was planning on making the full past due when I got paid in 2 weeks but couldn't get into my account & I was pretty much held hostage all because I needed to reset my password. I finally advised them to close my account. I understand I was late on my payment, fully understand, but jumping through all these hoops for a simple password reset is ridiculous. They should not be asking for all personal details, including full SSN, if that will not be enough verification for them to be able to assist you, even with a password reset. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

      not a good credit card. my payment was due on the second. i made my payment and had my reference number and paid it on time..i switched banks and I had a supervisor tell me that because it wasn’t my normal bank it was sent back then the want to charge me a late fee.. thays not my fault i should be able to pay my bills front whatever account i choose

      They have the worse business practices. I called in a dispute for some charges dating back almost a year. The charges was very low. Yes it partly my fault I did not notice these 6 and 7 dollar charges. When I noticed the charges I called and reported the charges. I all so called the subscription that was making the charges. They recognized the charges was not mine and refunded some of the charges. The card stated they found the charges was made by me. I called the card and asked them to send me the information they found because the subscription block all charges and refunded the charges. I asked why am I not seeing the refund? I was told I had to file another dispute. I called back to attempt to settled this card. I was told there was no way to settle the card and I had to wait 30 to 40 days for the dispute to be settled. Also, since filing a dispute I have not been able to log into my account. I have to call to have them reset the account. I never had this problem before filing a dispute. I even spoke with a supervisor who was not very helpful at all and even hung up on me, after I asked them to send me another card.

      They have violated my civil rights and violated the FCRA by being on people's credit reports twice under different names. And slightly different account numbers. But I noticed it because the account numbers were the same. They as well will charge off both accounts which are different names and attached late fees to each of them. So your score is being hit 4 times essentially. But want to reply to a verification letter as being in compliance with the FCRA. BEWARE.
