Got approved for a card back on January 15, 2025. Never received card. Emailed no response. Called on 2-15-25 regarding not receiving card and surely did not authorizing transactions. I have spoken to several reps and even supervisor Christine who rudely hung up on me when I asked about how this could happen and why can't i speak to Fraud Department. After over an hour on phone they sent me a billing dispute form which I filled on 2-15-25 ensuring they received it. Supervisor also advised that it would take 60 days for billing dispute and she requested a deposit waiver since I was no longer interested in a card I never received. Christine hung up on me. Received a letter dated 2-16-25 day after speaking with reps and supervisor for over 1 hr. Advised did not want card filled UCCF for billing dispute on 2-15-25 also Christine assure she submitted a deposit waiver to billing department for the $75 fee. I spoke with Rod and John on 2-21-25 explaining same circumstances again not wanting card and fraud activity. Rod advised saw UCCF form submitted on 15th and stated again how can I pay for something I never received I don't even know what the card looks like. I can I pay for a card never received or activated. They keep trying to make me responsible that I know nothing about. All I have is an approved application ID number dated 1-15-25. Today 2-21-25 Rod stated again 60 days for billing to resolve. Again stating account was closed I don't want card this is why supervisor Christine on 2-15-25 submitted an deposit waiver to billing department
