      My Brother MFC-L2750DWXL was picked up by staff at this business on 10/11/22 for an issue with my printer having no power. I called them on a weekly basis and was told they were waiting for a part. I called them on average of once a week for about a month, and emailed twice. No one voluntarily reached out to me. Now staff stopped responding to me entirely. I am not even if they even have my printer still. I want it back and I dont want to be charged for anything including their initial fees. They failed to do their job and lacked effective communication. I have been more than patient but my patience is not getting things done.Thank you.
