    We are property owners and our experience was not good. Never answered the phone. Did not communicate just passed us to someone new to work with. Charged too much. Did not take care of an *** notice so we had to attend the *** meeting. Overall not professional or ethical.

While our Head of Operations and your Property Manager was in meetings, she is committed to returning calls within 24 hours, and you did speak several times over the phone to ensure your concerns were heard.Transition: When we received the termination email from your husband, we promptly began a smooth transition to a new property manager. Our goal was always to make the process as seamless as possible.Charges: Regarding the fees, we discussed the lease renewal and tax preparation costs on multiple occasions. In our second call, we offered to reduce our management fee to help offset these charges which was a proposal that would have lowered your overall cost, which you ultimately declined.*** Notice: We understand you had concerns about the *** notice and the subsequent meeting. While we dont have all the details regarding that matter, we made every effort to address the issue, including providing a concession on one of the charges as reflected in your final owner statement.We remain dedicated to ethical, transparent service, and we regret that you feel we fell short in your case.
