    If I could give 0 stars I would, they recently took over HOA management for **************************. I have not had hot water in 5 days because they refuse to get back to me. ***** ***** got back to me once and told me to submit a request and wait 2-3 days. I have not heard back or been able to get ahold of anyone since. This is still ongoing. Menas you know who I am, give me a call back IMMEDIATELY.

    Not recommended. They do not accept responsibility for the poor job they are doing. Only try to blame others

    We had Menas managing our HOA community for 3 years. During that time we had a new manager almost every year, and almost no hand over from one to the next. After our third manager went AWOL for over a month, Menas attempted to give us yet another manager. We then gave Menas notice that we were leaving them, and they removed the new manager and gave us another interim manager for the last two months. Numerous requests to their upper management about our issues were ignored. After we left, they would not engage with our new management company. Six months later and our new management company is still trying to get documents and information from them. DO NOT use them. Youve been warned.

    Horrible absolutely horrible customer service. *** reached out to ******************* or multiple occasions with no response. Its really disappointing to spend so much towards HOA fees and have absolutely no response when reaching out with serious inquiries.

    Steer clear of Menas and *********************. She is not only the worst HOA property manager that we have had to deal with but she is easily one of the worst "managers" we have ever had to speak with. Her customer service is lacking and don't even get me started on her managing skills. It is clear she doesn't know how to do her job and yet she wants to act as though she has properly handled the issue at hand. The way she places blame and points the finger tells me she has no business managing people or properties. You have to email her several times to get a response and you can never get her on the phone. She seems to run away from conflict instead of finding a happy resolution for all parties. We are currently working with other homeowners to learn how to get rid of her.

    HEY ****** WHY DON'T YOU RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, VOICEMAILS, PHONE CALLs & RECEPTIONIST NOTES FROM ME??For a start please itemize the $******* costs on my account balance due to the leak in 4B. I need this ASAP (As Soon As Possible). So I can submit it to my insurance company. Also I'm submitting a $400 claim to the *** due to the *** plumbers carelessly breaking my bathroom mirror.(If you check my PAST emails to you will see the pictures)Respectfully ****************************** Email received from :AppFolio Payments Team Hi ******************************,This is a courtesy notice that your current account balance of $1,465.25 - $400 = ******* exceeds the maximum limit set for the following automatic payment(s): "***" scheduled for 09/15/2023 with a maximum limit of $400.00 A payment of $400.00 will be made on 09/15/2023.
