    I contacted the Turn-Key Systems by Marko Rubel several days ago concerning assistance with a product that I had purchased from him. I had purchased a real estate course that was advertised for a one time fee. I currently don't have access to the course that I paid for to the company. I contacted Turn-Key Systems and now they want a monthly fee paid to them and I have no access to the course. This is a bait and switch tactic and company doing business in bad faith.

    You purchased one of our courses over 12 years ago from a different vendor, and didnt log into it for many years. In meantime, that vendor changed the ownership many times, and also our courses got updated many times.. 

    To show you our good intentions, we granted you access to our flagship course.

    We also had some confusion after your email into us to find your account with access as you have created 4 different accounts with us under different emails.

    We have been able to combine your accounts, and fix your access to the system.  

    We have tried to reach you by phone, but have not been able to connect with you.  We will try again or you can contact our office at ************ and we can assist you with accessing the materials you purchased.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I still have no access to the course that I purchased. The company told me to uses www.mentormemarko.com and the password but it does not work and there is no access to course.

    I purchased a real estate online course (Order #***) at $297, written by Marko Rubel. I purchased through the CREOnline website and they advised me to contact Marko Rubel Office for assistance. As of today I do not have access to log onto the course system. The system stated the account does nor exist. This was a one time payment for lifetime access to the course, but as of today I do not have access to the real estate course. This company seems to be doing business in bad faith and false advertising.
