    I invested in the Fund a few years ago. They send the tax forms late every year, so it delays me from filing. I wanted to close my account and get my investment back and have been told I am on some redemption list that has been paused since back in Sept 2024. i have sent them a message and they tell me that i still have to wait for the "redemption" of funds that I invested. I feel like they are just brushing me off.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ********* concerns.

    Mr. ******** has been an investor in our fund, and like all investors, his investment is governed by the terms outlined in the original fund documents including the ******************* Agreement, Offering Circular, and signed Subscription Agreement. These documents include specific redemption provisions stating that, when redemptions are requested, they may be processed based on factors such as fund liquidity, market conditions, the percentage of redemptions processed within a given quarter, and the overall health and best interests of the fund and its investors.

    We understand that delays in processing redemptions can be frustrating, and we take each investors individual situation very seriously. We also have a primary responsibility to act in the best interests of all investors, collectively. Because of this, redemptions have been temporarily paused since September 2024 due to limited fund liquidity, current market conditions, and the volume of redemptions already processed. This pause, while unfortunate, is consistent with the funds established policies and is intended to preserve long-term value and ensure fairness across the investor base.

    Mr. ********* redemption request is on file and remains in the queue while they are paused for all investors. We will notify him directly as soon as redemptions resume and process his request according to these policies and procedures.

    Regarding tax documentation, Mr. ********* Schedule K-1 was uploaded to his investor portal account on April 3, ********* to the *** filing deadline of April 15. We recognize how important timely tax reporting is and continue working closely with our accountants to improve delivery timelines each year.

    We have remained in direct communication with Mr. ******** and will continue to keep him informed regarding his redemption request and any future updates. We truly value our investors and are committed to transparency, fairness, and responsive service.

    In February I followed all procedures and submitted my request to receive all my funds and close out my account. Its now April and nothing. CalTier is vague at best and have alluded to not having to send my funds to me until they decide to get around to it, and when that actually happens, its "first come first served" on who can receive their funds. It is my money and I want it returned to me now.
