    This company told us we were grandfathered in to having 3 adults on our gym membership. They recently (like last month) changed their policy to allowing only two adults on the family plan. They sent my husband an email randomly, when we have been members at this gym for over a year now, that there was something wrong with our account and it needed to be fixed. My husband went into the gym Thursday, June 6, and they told him the Kroc center can do whatever it wants to change policy. They removed the 3rd adult we had on our account that Thursday, June 6, without showing us in writing how they were legally able to so this. We went from being told by the staff that we were grandfathered in with our third adult to just dropped without a price reduction, compensation, or warning. We never received this in writing or agreed to new terms. I asked for our agreement that we originally signed and they conveniently couldnt find it. They even asked when we signed up. It was so unprofessional. They have seen me consistently for the past year and know that I didnt recently join. We signed absolutely nothing in terms of new agreement with what they wanted. I sent an email to the manager that day. I have no response detailing where they are legally allowed to drop the third adult we had on our account. Our member ship is $90 and they said to add our third adult back on will be an additionally $25, making our membership $115 which we are not going to pay. The manager has not called or emailed back at this point. This company has proven bad customer service, lack of integrity, and terrible care of their customers. Normally businesses strive for happy customers; to add benefits, not remove what you have without warning or written proved authority. They recently raised prices from $86 dollars in January to the $90 it is currently at with no additional benefits as well. Please help me get my 3 adult back on without additional payment like they said I was allowed to have.
