    On April 14, 2023, I contacted the business to provide bottle service to myself and my party. Upon arrival, we met with our contact, ***************************, at the door. I was told that they had to hold my ID and credit card before we will be seated and get our service. Also upon arrival, we noticed there were people on stage doing karaoke, which we did not want to hear/ participate in, so I asked if that will be finished soon. If not, we would go take our business elsewhere. He assured ** the karaoke will be finished momentarily. With that promise, we agreed to be seated. Well, the karaoke proceeded for another hour or more to which we continually complained as that was not the experience we were promised/looking for. We kept being told it would be ending soon.When it finally ended, ***** informed us that he would talk to his manager to get our service will get comped for our inconvenience. The manager eventually agreed to comp the service, but asked ** to just pay gratuity for the service. We happily agreed. The server initially brought out my ticket for $472.50, to which I reminded her that ***** and the manager promised to comp that amount, and that the amount should be lower. She came back, said they agreed and that she would bring me a new ticket. She brought back a new ticket for $82.09 , and said the other ticket will be refunded in 3-5 business days. We thanked them and left.I waited the 5 business days before reaching out to ***** and letting him know the refund had not been processed. It wasn't even pending, as if the refund was never issued. So, at this point I not only have the $82.09 , which was supposed to be a separate comped charge consisting of just gratuity, I also have the charge of $472.50 that was supposed to be refunded. I have been speaking to ***** for over a week, getting excuse after excuse on why the refund has not been processed or false updates on when it will be processed. I would like the refund that was promised to me of $472.50.
