    Purchased Flooring Materials and install from FDFS. Both Contracts attached. Flooring store subcontracted work out to Mr. ************ Flooring (LIC *******). Work started July 11. Estimated work length was 4-5 days by FDFS for **** sq ft floor job. Demo was done by myself. *** told FDFS flooring was complete. FDFS sent invoice to me to pay on July 20. I told FDFS i was in ******* for Military Training and would perform final inspection when I returned home on July 22. When I returned home, I noticed my ******* French Door Fridge was damaged during their work. I notified FDFS of the fridge damage and subpar work. I've attached pictures of the "completed" job. Due to the subpar work, I looked up the subcontractor License and the license is suspended by the *******************. I notified FDFS of this issue. FDFS informed me that I need to address the issues with Abide Flooring. I stated that I am paying FDFS and prefer to work with them. FDFS confirmed that the my complaints were indeed valid. (concerning pictures attached). 17 additional hours were required to finish the job. Flooring issues are resolved Lastly, the fridge dents are not repair and I notified Abide Flooring via text message July 20 of dent. Subcontractor had samsung techinician AUG 18 with no luck on correcting issue. ****** is still damaged and requesting repair of issue and billing adjustment. I can provide emails and text messages if needed. I owe $1000 left on the invoice and have informed FDFS I will not pay final invoice until issue is resolved
