    Item purchased-boots -Order confirmed November 15th2024 -Delivered to me November 20th 2024 -returned by me through ***** on November 26th 2024 -item received at there return address by ***** on December 2nd 2024 After this sequence of events took place I did not hear from them. I contacted customer service on December ******** asking about the status of my return/refund, I got a AI generated response saying my return is under review to which I wrote back asking if they had received my package.I got another AI response saying someone would contact me. I then called there customer service phone number and was on hold until the call got disconnected. At this point I was getting suspicious and decided to look at there reviews. A lot of people in the reviews were saying they never got there money back for returns. I came to Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and realized when asked to look up there address to identify them that they dont have an address listed on there website so I gave the return address they provided to me when I returned the boots the phone number I have provided is readily available on there website.

    I requested a return label, took the boots to Fed Ex, sent out 11/19/24, the walking co received the boots 11/20/24. I reached out via email requesting to know why I have not received my refund. I was told my refund was processed, and I needed to contact my bank. My bank stated there are no pending refunds. Its been over 15 days, and I still have not received my refund. Buyer Beware Do not put y from this company.

    Purchased a pair of walking shoes for my father. The shoes were to narrow for him. They told me to send them back for a refund.A hour or so later they told me no.

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from walkingco. These were returned and reached them over 10 days ago but now that I am chasing for a refund they are saying their systems have an issue cannot process refund.     I ordered a pair of shoes on April 13th. They were delivered but didn't fit. I completed a request for an exchange (for another size) online. I returned the new shoes that didn't fit. I never received the replacement. On June 14th, I sent an email to the company stating the prior, and asked for a refund. I never received a response.

    I placed an order and would like to place a return, and the company does not answer the phone and will not offer me an online return saying, that the shoes have not yet been delivered when they were delivered more than a week ago.
