******* ****** has done two mortgage loans for me (at least) - a refinance and a reverse mortgage loan to purchase a home when I retired. ******* is very knowledgeable, explained the process in detail and was great with follow up to keep the process moving forward, particularly valuable with the fairly knotty reverse mortgage process. In 2019 ******* did a reverse mortgage for me. He did an incredible job which was easy and uneventful for me. The money enabled me to renovate my house and increase the value substantially. I sold it 5 years later 35% profit. I highly recommend *******.San Diego Loan Co

When we first hesitantly looked into reverse mortgages we vetted several mortgage agents. All were competent, friendly and business-like but none came across as genuine and actually caring as ******* ******. He was unique among the agents we talked to. He got our business.We have worked with ******* on our last 2 re-finances. He is as pleasant to work with as we had expected. He knows the loan process well and guides you through every step. He is easy to work with, explains things clearly and is never high pressure or pushy.His company is highly recommended, and we will be using him again for any future refinancing.San Diego Loan Co

A couple of years ago I wanted to get a reverse mortgage on my condo in ***********************. A few people told me, from experience, that they were dissatisfied with the big companies because they sign you up & forget about you. ******* ****** was recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance & as soon as I met him, I felt that I would be in good hands. The process is long and complicated. I can't imagine being "left hanging" without support. ******* held my hand through the entire process! He was available for any questions, at any time. He even came to my house to replace a carbon monoxide detector for me to prepare for the appraisal of my condo. Even now, if I have ANY questions, he's always available to me. If I were to score ******* from 1-5, I would give him an 8! If you want a reverse mortgage, by all means, use ******* ******. You won't be sorry!****' *******-***********************San Diego Loan Co

Broker ******* ****** has represented me in obtaining more than one reverse mortgage. If you're just thinking about a reverse mortgage I highly recommend that you contact his agency. He will explain the benefits and any shortcomings as they pertain to your individual situation. ******* is not a high pressure sales broker.
