    After using AAA tow, my son paid them over $7. per mile extra, they sent me a bill for $135.00 and cancelled my membership for no reason, claiming that they did not get paid or problem with card. They definitely got paid and there was no problem with the card. Then after talking to them they contacted the supervisor and then I was told that they were gonna refund me $27 dollars; now if I was anyways at fault they wouldnt have offered to refund me money.I dont need $27 I need the service that I paid for, of which they claim my membership has been cancelled BAD BUSINESS AAA

    For three years i have been paying for AAA roadside service which i never used. On 02/03/23 i was left on the side of the road because the contractor tow truck from *********************** did not want to do it. ****** saying that his boss complained that AAA ONLY pays $50 per car. The dispatch said; ill charge you $12 per mile to pull you out. Wow i could not believe what i heard! After hours left in the boonies between **************** and ******************** cold, hungry and miserable i found a tow company R16 transport that rescued me.To this date and after many complaints i never herd from AAA roadside.Ultimately it is your decision to pay for a service that when in need will never provide. Shame on you AAA ROADSIDE!!!
