    We had 3 separate properties which needed new roofs. We got bids from two licensed companies; Superior came to each house walked the roofs with us. We decided to go with Superior Roofing and Waterproofing. Their bids were reasonable and detailed. They dealt with our many questions, and worked well with our tenants. They easily and quickly dealt with last minute change orders (e.g. adding turbines). A few minor glitches were quickly resolved. We would definitely use this company again.

    At the beginning of September 2023, , I chose Superior roofing company to install a skylite on the roof of my house since ******, co-owner , offered a lower price than other skylite companies. However, I was very disappointed when ****** told me "after" installation of the skylite that the area around where he had placed the skylite was damaged. A professional roofer would have given us an initial assessment of the roof before installing a skylite : since the damage was only 6 inches away from where he installed the skylite , he should have not installed the skylite nor should he have asked for a down payment before an initial assessment of our roof. After asking for advice from another roofer who told us we had to remove the skylite to renovate our roof , we asked ****** to reinstall the skylite . First , he told me he would do it free of charge but when we told him we would have another roofer renovate our roof, he went back on his word and said he would charge us. We then asked him to send us a quote to reinstall, and he said he would , but he never did. His lack of professionalism, carelessness, and lack of honesty has caused us to pay more money by having to select another roofer to reinstall after renovation . I would not recommend this roofing company
