  5/5 stars I recently rented an ** from Stress Free **'s and had an amazing experience! The team was super friendly and helpful, and the ** was clean and well-maintained. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my trip.I was a bit nervous about renting an ** for the first time, but the staff at Stress Free **'s made the process so easy and stress-free (no pun intended!). They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident driving the **.The ** itself was perfect for my needs - it was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I would highly recommend Stress Free **'s to anyone looking to rent an **. They're a great company with excellent customer service and top-notch vehicles.

  Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews! This place is full of scam artists. I allowed my ** to be rented out by this business and agreed via phone call on a specific date on which it would be returned. The day of, I did not receive it, so the owner tried to gaslight me saying he said a different date instead! He then made and sent paperwork stating a later date.When the ** was finally returned to me, the rear bumper was very damaged and covered with a Twisted Tea box. The owner stated they would get a technician out to me but never did.Finally when I asked for reimbursement for bumper repairs they called me ******** not do business with these unprofessional people!

  For clarity, **** has not done any business with Stress Free RVs. He purchased a ************ Transcend trailer from someone else and asked us to deliver the unit, we provided a scheduled delivery date, confirmed via written communication for July 28th, 2024 delivered the unit as scheduled, and set it up for him on his property. The unit had pre-existing damage, which was noted and communicated. This is in reference to the rear bumper, which has a sharp metal edge. From a safety standpoint, it was covered with tape and cardboard to prevent any injury and was photographed and pointed out. We had also offered to repair the damage and had scheduled several dates to come out, but each time, **** canceled or postponed them, leaving us on standby.Months later, **** contacted the owner of Stress Free demanding a massive payment for having someone else repair the sharp edge on the bumper, which was not within reason. This request was declined, and we did not hear any other communication ever since.NOTE: this reviewer has never rented or done business with Stress Free RVs the only work that we did was to deliver and setup a unit he purchased from someone else, AT NO COST.We have reached out on several occasions, and have not received any communications or response since July 2024..,

  Across Yelp and ****** there are over **************************************************************************************************************************** fact, the repair company who provided the estimates for my trip has a phone number belonging to the ** company. It is readily apparent that they inflate repair costs for non-existent damages. I believe Stress Free RVs actions constitute deceptive trade practices and are actionable under the ********** Deceptive Trade Practices Act.The ** I rented was dated and heavily used at the time we picked it up. Upon return, it came as a shock to receive the inflated estimate below for damages not caused by my group. 3 Damaged Drawers - $375 AC Servicing x2 - $350 Window Blinds x2 - $295 Broken dinette table x 2 - $290 Bunkbed curtain - $250 Shower Fixtures - $250 Fridge Panel - $150 Slide Out (estimate) - $8,000 I never turned on the air conditioner. You can review the vehicles black box to confirm this fact. There was no curtain on the top bunk, this is visible in the pretrip pictures. We never used any drawers. Its impossible that we scratched the inside of a drawer or caused damage to a nonexistent curtain. No blinds were used. We were up before sunrise both days and only used the ** to sleep. We have photos to support this fact. We never used the bathroom or shower. This contention is supported by the fact that the ** returned with the same amount of water as when we received it and with empty tanks. Even taking the owners contentions as true, which I dispute, a quick review of the alleged damages evidences the grossly inflated nature of the repair costs assessed. A quick Amazon search reveals the prices alleged by the owner for each of these items are **** times the cost of the most expensive available replacements. Labor to hang a curtain surely does not make up the gross difference in price. The slide out awning estimate is equally inflated. Avoid this company at all costs.

  **** and his group completely destroyed a class C RV and drove with the slide out partially open. We contacted him to file an insurance claim properly and instead of providing us with the information needed he left us nastyb1 star reviews everywhere.

  **** took the time to make sure I knew all of the basics and helped answer and trouble shoot questions we had as first timers, loved the patience and willingness to help. Will definitely book again and highly recommend stress free rvs and will say **** and his team were amazing!

  Well for starters some people feel the need to be a nuisance like ***** in the previous review. I can tell you first hand she is not being truthful as I am the one who cleaned the ** before it went out. That toilet was completely spotless trom top to bottom, under and behind the seat and lid, including the bowl inside and out all the way to the floor.i also cleaned the floor on my hands and knees as it's the best way to get it all because of the tight quarters. That floor was immaculate including edges and corners. I'm appalled at the nerve this lady has for lying to the public.
