    Blue Vault might as well be a blue guys from ***** skit...BlueVault and *** are thieves...They have it so rigged you can never profit when gold hits a high...because they get you on the back end by lower the cost of the bullion! Very evil ***...sad your a THIEF!!! You run a PAWNSHOP for GOLD!! STAY AWAY FOLKS!!!

    I'm brand new to the process of buying coins, bars and other physical investments. I needed a little extra guidance about the process and I let the person working today know that. I even visited the website before coming to gather info beforehand and there was no information about the building access or process. Not only does the website not inform new persons about the process but the staff is unprofessional, pushy and demanding. The man behind the counter was wearing a puka shell necklace and was rude to deal with. He demanded me to scan my hand without any explanation and then hurried me through the process. Without looking up from his phone he told me to look at the screen for what I wanted and acted annoyed when I didn't know what screen he was referring to- again IVE NEVER BEEN HERE . Then looked up to say, only cash or check no credit no debit, got it? I planned to invest $1000 today and hundreds every month after, but after this experience, will never be returning to Blue Vault. Not sure with such crappy customer service how they are still operating. Hope someone else finds this helpful. DO BETTER
