    today September 7th. 2023 at 12:29 pm. decided to place an order through the Subway website. I arrived at San ****** Village Mall where the Subway store is located. I got out of my car with only car keys and my debit card. Walked across the parking lot to enter the store. Once I was inside a female employee asked me if I was there to pick up a order and answered Yes. Then the employee asked if I had the order number to which I answered No, but I tried to give her specific details and information about my order but she as said that she would check with her manager. A minute later the manager came out very hostile and loud saying that he needed to see the order number from my phone. I answered him I would go to my car to get my cellphone and I'll be back. Less than 5 minutes later I came back inside the store with my cellphone showing the email I received from Subway confirming my purchase I made. A different employee approached me at that moment but immediately was interrupted by the manager *****. Once again very rude, loud and hostile. He tried to grab away my phone from my hand but I didn't let him. I asked him more than once to lower his voice because it was unapropite that way he was behaving and the way he was treating me. Next very loudly in front of other customer starting yelling telling to get out of the store without my pre-paid order. I felt very humiliated and disappointed by this manager. Very ignorant and extremely rude; someone like him should not be responsible of a restaurant business. He doesn't have any customer service knowledge. After I left I tried to look for a phone number ti file a complaint with Subway. The only information I found was a website in which I suppose to include include the only shows in the receipt, the same receipt that manager ***** refused to give me with my order. I only have the email received when I placed and paid my order through the Subway website. Please I need your help.
