    In the Fall of 2021 I purchased phones from this company with service plans. I purchased 2 inmarsat phones (and some accessories) on 9/14/2021 (shipped 10/12/2021). Shortly after that I purchased 1 irridium phone. I never was able to get the phones to work. In Feb 2022 I called for a refund and to return the phones. They told me at that time that the irridium would not talk to the inmarsats and they were going to credit my account for the irridium. I sent it back. Don't remember what happened with the billing on that, just that it got messed up from what I discussed with representative on the phone. I spent A LOT of time standing outside waving the phones around towards the satellite on several tech support calls and still never got service. Frustrated and in chaos with my special need son who was having medical issues, I threw them in a box and forgot about it. Inthe Fall of 2022 they tried to bill me again. I called and told them I never got any service. Same silliness with the tech support calls over and over and then they let me mail them back. I did finally get service in October 2022, but they will not credit my account and have now billed me for more service months. I want my accoundt credited for my year of no service. They disagree. They offered me one month credit and continued billing. They must stop billing me right now until we can work out a reasonable solution.One of the order numbers is ******, I don't have the other.     Bought a satellite phone from them on 8-6-2021 for $289.41. It came with a one year standard package contract to buy minutes from them for $****** each month for 12 months. The early termination fee was $500. I paid for the whole 12 months. The phone has never been out of the box except for once when I tried to set it up. Confusion set in and put it back in the box. I also did call them about that. to see where there was a better video too watch on how to set up the phone. I did call them to make sure I was understanding correctly that the minutes would always be available. I now have been informed that I have to carry on making monthly payments to them, I believe at half price, to keep the minutes I have already paid for. There was also going to be a $10 charge to keep the phone number they gave me. First I ever heard of that also. I allowed them to take out a payment of ???$50-60 to be able to keep the minutes and have since said forget it. I ***** the phone back to them which they said they would return the money for it depending on how the phone looked. Told ******* it's never been used or evenout of the box, so I should be getting back the full $289.41. That also means I have now lost all the minutes I paid for which is **** minutes at ****** times the 12 months. A lot of. money down the drain because I refuse to pay more than what I agreed to and was never told I would have to do that.They now have the phone and would like my money back for the phone and for the minutes.Can you please get my money back for me. This is no way for anyone to do business.***************

    Our customer contacted us Aug 6 , 2021 and signed up for satellite phone service , She recied a free satellite phone with a 12 month contract for service contract 150 minutes per month for $100.00 plus tax, Her plan had free rollover of unused minutes every month, she manage to rollover **** minutes on her account. We attempted to explain to the customer that she has to keep active service on her phone to use her rollover mutes. She elected not to do so and requested cancellation of the service. She has also sent in her phone on our buy back equipment program. We had quoted her from $250.00 to $300.00 for the buy back, im please to show that a check was issues to her in the amount of $300.00 because she sent the phone back in perfect  condition.

    Again, I was never told I would have to continue paying beyond the contract which was for one year.  This is deceptive and I will not allow you to get away with what you said.  Yes, the minutes that I never used rolled over. 

    What does that have to do with then - telling me at the end of the contract and not anytime before that - that I would have to continue to pay monthly to keep those rolled over minutes.  Again, which were never used.  You can play with words all you want, the fact of the matter is what you did was deceptive and you know it.
