    I had issues with an Infinity X1 flashlight not staying on and consistently turning off when trying to use it. I have made multiple calls to Infinity X1 LLC, I have been told numerous times they would send me a replacement flashlight. Every time I have called and followed up these people lie and say again they will send a replacement. This company states their Infinity X1 flashlight has a "lifetime warranty" however will not honor their implied warranties. This company is in breach of warranty.

    Bought an Infinity flashlight from ****** on July 17. Started having problems with it 2 weeks later and called the customer service number on August 6. After some rudimentary troubleshooting with the agent she said they would send out a new flashlight. Called back on August 29 to check status and was told by this representative that the previous person did not have the authority to issue a replacement and she would take my information and have someone get back to me. Called again on August 9 and was again asked to leave contact information for follow up. The agents work for a call center and it seems that no from the actual company can be contacted. Misleading information and lack of follow up lead me to believe the customer service phone # and email are bogus. I could take this back to ****** but believe companies should stand behind their products as they say.
