      The site is very deceiving. It offers a 14 day trial for 99 cents. I needed to check one phone number and that seemed reasonable. I got the information after paying and thought nothing more. What they do not say outright is that you've signed up for a monthly membership for $35 that you need to cancel to keep from being charged after ************************** the small print at the bottom of the invoice.Never again

      Hi ******,When a user activates their account, they must provide an electronic signature authorizing Intelius to charge their payment method as described, including for the automatic renewal of their membership. Our Billing Terms are conspicuously explained on our registration page and in our Terms of Use. Customers are sent a confirmation email for any orders placed on the site. We have verified that your membership has been cancelled as of July 19, 2022. A refund was issued to this account back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred.
