My *********** card is being charged $29.99 a month for a service I have never used. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to the company but I can either not get through or when I do, I am told I dont have an account and nothing can be done.Business Response

I don't want my information open to the public because it jeopardize my life and could bring fatal harm to my family because of my pervious lifestyle. Furthermore I have a ******* account where I help to stop Gang Volience and the disproportion of Gun Homicides and Shooting in our communities.I also once was apart of a dangerous group of individuals from East ******** Brooklyn. So can u respectfully and Humbly remove my address and Criminal Records from u site.I don't not want to be judged by the Law abidening community that I am a Resident of now a days. I was attempting to run a background check to which my credit card was charged. I did not receive report, never finished any kind of account info and when calling in to request money refunded and no further charges , I was met with an onslaught of ads trying to get me to purchase other things and when asked what company Im trying to ***************** spyfly. It seems like your browser might have closed during the registration process after your card was charged but before you completed your password. Reports are delivered through your online account and members have unlimited access to all search types. We are not sure what you experienced when you called but the description doesnt seem to match anything at our company. We do offer automated phone access 24/7/365 and live agent support 7-days from 5am - 9pm Pacific Time. The Contact Us page on our website lists several toll-free phone numbers, our email address, and our postal address. The nature of this business is information. I used it for an identity theft case. I found a 71 year old using my identity and duplicate 3-5 times of any charge (same date) that I received, answered, and cleared, defaming me with excessive, negative information, blocking my employment, and further damaging my credit history by giving the 71 year-old most all credit of three paid mortgages, leasing contracts and employment records by using social media websites.Business Response

Cash app account was charged by your company for $29.97 this past Tuesday the 11th and I did not authorize this charge I do need to cancel the membership and get a refund for the 29 97. I havent used your sercices at all as you can see and.i have no plans in the future. During the account registration process we explain the details of the initial trial period and the monthly service fee. We require all users to check a box indicating their understanding and agreement to these terms. We also reiterate the details in the welcome email that was delivered to you at the time of registration. We did not receive a request to cancel your account and this is why you were charged the normal monthly fee. The service is offered on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time. Accounts can be canceled by logging in online, by email, and by phone 24/7/365 through our automated system or via live agent support 7-days from 5am - 9pm PT. We have canceled your account and a confirmation email was sent to the email address associated with your account. It is also not our intent to charge consumers who do not intend to pay the monthly service fee. They allowed being FDIC approved for another person that was an account holder in current to withdraw $600 and then another hundred and something dollar transaction I told them that it was fraudulent and that I wanted my money back and that it was an SSI check I reported it to SSI they couldn't do anything about it because of the simple fact that was current banking system which is supposed to be insured and FPS he approved and I have never received one redsense and it was taken out by a woman by the name of ************************* she stole my phone and everything and so they have not they have not given me any of my money back and this is well into the next yearBusiness Response
