    I pulled up the BBB while on the phone, they do use deceptive business practices and at first once I realized they were not going to issue a refund and only offer extended service plans I mentioned the BBB and that I wanted to talk to a supervisor. They took about 3 minutes got back on the phone and issue a refund. Thankfully I caught the charge while it was pending and it was issued before I even got off the phone.

    Was charged $1 and then cancelled my account the same hour I'd activated it, well before the 7 days was over. This fraudulent company will still attempt to charge me $29.97 and they never had any of the info I was looking for. It's all a scam and fraud. Going to do my best to block them from charging me.

    I cancelled my account before the 7 day $1 trial was over, actually it was same day that I cancelled and was still charged the $29.99. That is very bad customer service and I want a refund. Had I known that they were going to still charge my account I would have never used their services in the first place, I am so angry. I will never use a website like spyfly to find a loved one again.
