    I contracted with EZ Ride Shuttle to take my husband and I home from ***************** on April 27, 2024. I arranged this in March and paid them $65.00.We arrived at the airport on April 27, 2024 and no one showed up. I tried calling them but no one answered. I had to take an UBER to get home. To date I have received no correspondence from them. Their website says the company has shut down.

    I went online to find a shuttle service to take me to the airport for August 26, 2023. I booked the shuttle ride on EZ Shuttle Ride's website on August 22, 2023. I noticed that I had been charged twice and I called the company. I spoke to a guy over the phone and he said that he would take out the second charge. Then on August 24, 2023 we had to cancel the shuttle ride because we had to cancel our trip. When I spoke to the guy on the phone he promised me he would credit me. I think I called two more times and the same person promised me he would contact someone in their admin. department and the department would send me an E-mail regarding how to proceed with the refund process. Well, it's already September 21, 2023 and I still haven't gotten my refund. I called back yesterday and asked to speak to the person in charge of refunds. He wouldn't let me talk to anyone else. He was very rude. He yelled at me and told me to call my bank and refuse the charges. Then he hung up on me. I have already spoken to my bank about this and told them I was not going to pay for those two charges to my credit card. They are investigating the situation now. Whoever the guy was refused to give me my money back. That's why I'm filing a complaint. I'd like to get my money back if possible. I'm not working right now and getting this money back is very important to me. Can you please help me? Thank you.

    Called to confirm my hotel pick up to airport and dispatcher was extremely rude. Never asked my name, and hung up on me. I called back at least 10 times was forwarded to voicemail. I had to schedule a Lyft and sent a text advising them Of rude/unprofessional behavior and expectation of a refund! Have not received a response! I will never use them again!

    EZ Ride shuttle service failed to pick us up at 1 p.m. on August 14 as contracted. When we called the company at 1:30 to find out where our shuttle ride was, we had to deal with someone who expressed total cluelessness about our ride. He told us he would get in touch with ******************* to find out what was going on. As time passed, it became apparent that we were going to have to take our own car to ***************** to make our international flight. As we were packing our car to leave, the fellow from the company called to say he could not get in touch with *******************. We said we couldn't wait any longer, that we were taking our own car and parking at the airport. He said he understood and told us to send them the bill for the parking. When we returned from our vacation on August 30, I filed a request for the refund and parking using the company's online customer service option. When I didn't hear anything after about 10 days, I called ******************* directly and asked what was the status of our complaint. He found our contract and said he was going to get right on it. It has now been 10 days since that call. I can see by reviews on the BBB website that we are not alone in having bad experiences with this company. In fact I believe this is probably EZ Ride's business model which makes me highly suspicious of the customer testimony I see on their website. Attached is our original confirmation, plus the bill for $357 at *************** and our credit card charge for the ride we never received for $166 for a total of $523.
