      I have been on hold for 26 minutes. If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Terrible customer service. I have called them numerous times about the uncomfortable fit of the **** tubing/mask. They replaced it once with a different type, which was still unsatisfactory. Today I have talked directly with BOTH of my insurance carriers, and my primary insurance company WAS NEVER BILLED AT ALL, and my secondary insurance PAID TOWARDS THE CLAIM BUT LEFT A BALANCE. I have called and called, been put on hold, transferred from one person to the next with no resolve. So the next thing that happened was a horribly rude individual from a collection agency called and I told him straight up that this claim was improperly billed and he started yelling through the phone and then hung up ON ME. Sleep Data "claims" I was out of compliance and that is why I am responsible for this huge bill, as of 1.1.22 BOTH of my insurance companies dropped the compliance requirement. This claim has been botched from beginning to present, and I have a collection agency chasing me. i have spent endless hours trying to resolve this, but the onus of responsibility rests squarely on Sleep Data to resolve with the collection agency--not me. Zero customer service, zero proper insurance billing, zero interest in properly assisting a patient for a properly fitting appliance. What a sham. Next stop: Better Business Bureau. This sounds like insurance scam since is claiming non-compliance, but compliance is NOT a factor with either company, and whomever is spreading that lie had best wise up because you cannot lie to patients. Oh, and one more thing-- when I called and spoke with one of your representatives and after he lied about non-compliance he assured me that he would re-start a 30 day trial, and that he would phone me back with a start date. THIS NEVER HAPPENED--NEVER CALLED. STILL WAITING. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Now after 36 minutes on the phone, the supervisor just hung up on me.

      We have contacted **************** regarding this matter, and believe that we have resolved this to her satisfaction. We at *********** apologize for the experience she had in attempting to escalate this issue for resolution, and are internally addressing her customer service concerns.

      I just received a bill from this company a full year after they started sending me supplies. They insisted on the phone to me that they were in network and that all my supplies would be covered. The bill came to ******. I’m absolutely floored. My insurance company is saying that they are overcharging and they’re not in network. The bills are a mess. They’re charging ***** for a air fit F20 cushion that I can get online for *****. I’m in total shock. Go look up their **** reviews.

      We certainly apologize for the inconvenience that this situation caused this customer, as well as the time it took to resolve. *********** always strives to provide the correct insurance coverage information prior to service, but on occasion we get incorrect network information from the carrier, which we may not become aware of until claims are processed. In this case, *********** was considered out of network for this patient's health plan. We have adjusted off the entire balance, and have contacted the customer to inform him of this.

      Horrible service. Wastes time, gives the runaround, totally unprofessional. It has been close to a month and I have yet to receive treatment because they gave me the wrong information on the phone regarding insurance authorization not once, but twice. Avoid if at all possible.

      We certainly understand the frustration of this situation. The person's insurance required a referral from her primary care doctor to receive any services from ***********, and that is unavoidable. In this case, she came directly to **, instead of going through a primary care doctor. It should not have taken our team over three weeks to identify her specific insurance situation and requirements, and redirect her back to her primary. This unfortunately is what happened, and for that we apologize. We have reached out to this person directly.

      That is not correct - I did not go directly to you - I called to verify that you took my insurance. I assumed I needed a referral, and said "do you need a referral?" and was told, no I did not. To imply I somehow tried to book directly is not correct. But it is consistent with this business not doing the right thing and trying to blame others. Look here - I'm not the only one star review or the only one complaining. Stop lying and fix your business.

      This patient also claims that she was told by a *********** representative that she did not need a referral from her primary care physician. This is not documented, but a referral is indeed needed for this insurance. We also apologize for conveying incorrect information on this matter.

      Sleep Data ripped my crown off my dental implant...while fitting me for a mouth guard...they never gave me the mouth guard and sent me a bill for ****... Hung up on me when I called them to dispute the bill... ****** line is you the taxpayers payed the **** to sleep data for a mouth guard I never received.. sleep data cost me 200 out of my pocket...plus pain and suffering... a C-pap machine only costs ****... I would avoid this Company at all costs... I am a Veteran of the US *************** Sleep Data talked a big game but delivered nothing...
