    Hi I'm ********** law ,I spoken to the social security office multiple times even went to the office multiple times to handle this problem I been fighting since may to get my SSI payment $606 I also asked them to cancel the payment and reissue another they refuse to also lyed to me multiple times over the phone saying they reissued a new payment,I'm starving no food no nothing, homeless sleeping outside in a tent, please help

    At the ******************* location off areo drive..I call to have my file submitted elsewhere to a new location that I'm at after the place said I need to let the office here let them know I'm done with this office. I call the woman who has a major attitude and starts asking my mom's name more questions than needs to ask them to tell her I need a change of address. She begins this whole song and dance I say ma'am connect me with someone else e I hang up call back here she. Can I transfer to someone else. She says no I have correctly dated my information I need to come I. .. I've moved to another state where she says you have to come back. This is illegal and violates HIPPA.. I can call for my information this is illegal

    My mother ************************* passed away on October 2, 2023. Her final SS payment was made on September 30, 2023 but it was frozen by SSA in her bank account and subsequently returned to SSA on October 4, 2023. I filed the correct form and followed up by phone with SSA to ensure the application was correct for her final payment to be received by me, her son. I was told by phone that she legitimately earned the final payment for $2061 and that the form I submitted was correct. I visited my local SSA office twice and made 3 other phone calls to their call center. All I've been told is that "it's stuck in the **************** I'm not permitted to speak to a supervisor at my local SSA office. It's been 6 months and still no payment, which SSA has confirmed was earned and is due because she passed after the check was issued on September 30, 2023. I need a representative from SSA to call me and expedite the issuance of her final check in my name for the amount of $2061. I can't afford to hire an attorney.

    During August 2023 I went homeless because of a fraudulently SCHEMED Scammer"* @ Social Security Office in ********. I called and the customer service representative changed my transfer debit account deposit information. I have tried to get the issues resolved. I suffered sun damage to my skin and was thrown into the hospital Hysterically laughed @ by voices of telepathic stUlkers along with my GREEDY Boyfriend who Helped to send me their DAMAGED!"*Please help me to get this complaint to the GOV ********* so it doesn't happen to you or your children.

    For the past few years I have ordered a Social Security card and never received it. Every time I call back to inquire about the cards i never received, the representative says the same thing "we mailed and we'll mail you a new one." I still have not received one in years.Currently, I am laid off and attempting to file unemployment. The unemployment office needs another form of ID. Over 2 weeks ago, I went to your Social Security office in person. I explained that I am not receiving the Social Security cards and requested to pick up my card at the office. After 2 weeks, I didn't receive a call so I went to the social security office to see if they received the card since I asked to have mailed to them.....It wasn't. The rep today told me that it says it was mailed and they will have it mailed again although I asked to pick it up at the office. Today, I asked to pick it up from the office and he is having it mailed to my home. I am extremely concerned that for 3 years, I have requested a Social Security Card and still haven't received one. I feel like there is something happening on the back end that needs to be looked into. It is absolutely ridiculous to not receive a Social Security Card in years and each rep says we'll send you a new one. Is there someone that can look and see what is going on? I have been out of work and can't file unemployment until I receive my card that no on at the *** cares to look into. I would like to COME IN and pick up my Social Security Card. If the cards are being mailed out, including, to your office; where are the cards going with my Social Security number on it? They haven't made it to my home or your office. I would like to ask for a rush order on this. I have been waiting a very long time with no help.
