      Sullivan installed solar in 2021 and purchased a 10 year warranty. The system no longer works

      Sullivan Solar Power is no longer in operation. I personally cannot carry the warranty for ****** customers of a $50MM corporation that is no longer operating. *************** to this email solely because I was the founder of the company and am doing what I can to support my customers.  As part of that effort, the website has been kept live for customers to reach out if they need help. **************** has submitted no request for assistance through the website. Once she does, I will do what I reasonably can to assist her.

      Solar installed 11/2019 with 10 year warranty on roof and panels Roof now leaks. Company out of business

      Sullivan solar went out of buisness leaving us with non working equipment that we had requested a refund for, after the 3rd non working back up battery was installed. We were ignored and they kept making a promise of a refund but closed the buisness instead. We need help. Going to be filling a lawsuit soon.
