    On July 1st, I had a flight with GlobalX from *** to ***. This flight was scheduled to depart at 4:00am. The flight attempted to take off twice but was severely delayed. While waiting, I asked ******************* for an update and he used a nasty tone with me and dismissed all of my questions. I am a paying customer and I have the right to receive informative updates on my flight and the safety of the aircraft. I understand that Mr. **** is not responsible for the delay in the flight but he is a representative of GlobalX and should treat all passengers with respect. Mr. **** was dismissive, condescending, and unkind. He threatened to remove me from the flight after I told him that several passengers advised he was drinking at the bar. He was argumentative and had bloodshot eyes. He was talking over me, being very rude so I was forced to raise my voice, pleading him to please stop speaking to me. After this, Mr. **** took my boarding pass and removed me from the flight. It is discriminatory that Mr. **** removed me from the flight and accused me of being irate, but did not enforce this same policy when a man nearly punched him. I attached a video herein. I did not see Mr. **** take away this man's boarding ticket or remove him from the flight. Mr. **** did not stand up to this man or speak to him the way he spoke to me, a woman. There were many other men who confronted Mr. **** for his behavior and Mr. **** did not remove them from the flight. I believe I was wrongfully removed from this flight due to the discriminatory actions of ******************************. He allowed other more aggressive male passengers onboard but removed me. I lost time and money due to this incident. Not only did I lose this flight but I also had to book a new one for the following morning and a flight to come back home on 7/8. I attached the case number for the police report. I would very much appreciate a response.
