    I had an amazing experience with The Energy Company. It took a couple months, but the process was seamless. We got The *** program and didn't pay any out of pocket cost. Highly recommend!

    This company was contracted through Sunpower Solar in May 2023. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The workers were in my roof until 11:30 at night despite me telling them numerous times to get off and start work the next day. They cracked over ************************************************************************* as if the job was complete. They also ruined the roof of my sons car with cement type glue and never reimbursed us for the damages. Also spilt paint on my driveway and did terrible stucco work. I found out about the cracked tiles after I hired a roofer to take a look. My home was built in 2020, so I know it was them that cracked the tiles. They started this job in May and was not complete and fixed until November 2023. Stay away from this company!

    My husband and I have been wanting to get solar panels for our house for a while. We have had several solar employees from different companies show up at the house and try to push their contracts on us. **** from The Energy Company had a completely different approach. He was kind, professional, polite and very personable. He didn't make us feel pressured at all in saying yes. All of these qualities made us go with The Energy Company for our solar panels. **** has been a person of contact for us every step of the way. He kept us in the know and made himself available to us if we had any concerns or questions. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the customer service we have received. Anyone I know who is interested in getting solar, I will be referring them to **** and The Energy Company.
