    I went to rent a unit and was told to sign the rental agreement before seeing my unit. While viewing the unit I could see rat f**** all over the unit. There was a neighboring unit with renters present complaining to the staff her property was damaged due to the rats. I told them I do not want to move forward with rental and was told ok by the employee. I then was notified a month later that they were going to report me to collections . they never canceled my agreement and threatening legal action if I do not pay

    Around April of 2023 I received a call from U-Stor-It in Redlands, Ca, that my storage, along with others where broken into by a thief. The police Case #*********, the police never caught the person even though he was caught on video. When I started renting my storage unit I was told by staff that I had to have a certain type of lock, which was circler and that I could not use a regular lock like an Masters lock but on the video it shows the person being able to ***** the locks to get them open, I feel that if I would have been allowed to use my own lock, this would not have happened and some of my things would not have been broken, even though I have insurance some of the things damage are not new but have a sentimental value.
