Great people working for this company. The owner can be little more respectful. We had to get this service in our brand new house. But inadvertently missed payments as invoices land up in spam and we have back to have work travel, new house move chores etc. then one fine day owner calls trying to collect the missed payments. Conversation could have been handled in a respectful way! They could have followed up with a friendly text or they would have collected payments when performing service etc.

We notonly emailed the invoices which may have ended up in Spam, however, we also texted and verbally informed his wife in person at the time of the second service. I thought I was very considerate on the phone, but he may have picked up a little surprise when he told me that he was at a conference and I shift back with since April? I guess I could have held that back. We are sorry for the inconvenience of having to contact him regarding a past due balance, but I had to do something as all 3 other ways were not successful.
