I went to this business to have a flat tire fixed which was caused by a nail puncture. The shop installed a tire plug. Later on July 6 I went back as the tire was still going flat and air was leaking out of the same spot. A tire patch was installed over the plug. Now on Monday of the week of August 31st 2024 I went back as the tire was STILL going flat. I was informed by the shop that the nail was brushing against the vehicle locking lugnuts which the representatives at this shop admitted was caused by their work. I was instructed by the person in charge, a male in his late 30's or 40's, to go to the car dealership to have the lugnuts replaced and then go back to have the service done and finished. I was advised before heading there and paying anything that I would be reimbursed for any costs pertaining to the replacement of said lugnuts at the *** dealership. Immediately after finishing the replacement at *** I headed to the tire shop and met an angry representative who cursed at me, began patronizing me and threatened to call the police on me. I was not physical, confrontational, or even expressed anger in any manner. This caused me so much anxiety I had to go back home to call the police non emergency line in an attempt to make a report, and was advised to take this up with small claims court which I am in the process of filing this upcoming week.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. We understand your concern, and are disappointed to hear that you have to write a review based on lies. First off, we did not initially deal with you as the customer. Your son came into our shop twice to have his tire repaired. We did not inform him that a nail was brushing against the vehicle lug nuts, as that would be impossible. The lug nuts are on the wheel which is a few inches from the tire. We did inform him and you that your wheel lock key was stripped and out of courtesy, we asked you to get a replacement from the dealer as they are only issued to the registered owner and we would reimburse you for the cost and this would allow us to further inspect and repair your tire.
As a business we have several security cameras and have our conversation recorded, which you agreed to. The next day you showed up with a $500 bill for additional work you had done at the dealer on all your wheels and demanded we pay for it. You threatened to burn the business and even came back with 2 other male individuals to try to intimidate us. We are glad you are filing a small claim, as we have all your visits recorded on surveillance video and will be glad to show them in court. We did let you know we were calling the police the second time you showed up, as you made a threat against us which is a misdemeanor offense. The police showed up as soon as you left. We also have quotes from the dealer for the cost of what the replacement wheel lock key should have cost you.
